- Installing kitchen and bath cabinetry in residential homes (new construction and remodels)
- Ensuring installations meet Cabinet IQ quality standards and manufacturer specifications
- Performing field measurements as needed prior to cabinet orders
- Completing punch list items and touch-ups to ensure the homeowner or builder is fully satisfied
- Communicating with our operations team on scheduling, project status, and any field issues
- Conducting quality walks after installation and resolving any outstanding items promptly
- Maintaining a clean, professional job site
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on cabinet installation experience (kitchen and bath)
- Ability to read and work from cabinet layouts, floor plans, and design drawings
- Own tools and reliable transportation to job sites across the Charlotte metro
- General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail — we build our reputation on clean, quality installs
- Dependable, communicative, and professional on job sites with homeowners and builders
- Ability to troubleshoot fit and finish issues in the field without hand-holding
- Consistent pipeline of installation work.
